The Durham County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to close to vehicular traffic a 6 metre length (junction) of side Coop Buildings, adjacent to Stags Head Public House, Newhouse Road, Esh Winning.
