Canterbury Road Intended Footpath Closure
The Durham County Council intend not less then seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close to pedestrian traffic of that 25 metre length of segregated footpath from the western boundary of the rear of no. 131 Canterbury Road to the eastern boundary of the rear of no. 129 Canterbury Road, Newton Hall in the City of Durham District.
