Seaham Intended Temporary Road Closure
The Durham County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to close to pedestrian traffic a 65 metre length of footpath in an easterly direction from its junction with the eastern associated footway of B1285 Stockton Road, to the rear boundary fence of Epping Close, Seaham.
