Stanley Parish Intended Footpath Closure
The Durham County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close to pedestrian traffic a 205 metre length of Footpath no. 42 Stanley Parish between the Sustrans cycleway overbridge, adjacent to Station Villas, and Station Field on the Tanfield Lea Industrial Estate.
