Tennyson Intended Temporary Road Closure

The Durham County Council intend in not less then 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close to vehicular traffic a 150 metre length of Tennyson Road between its northern junction with Whitehill Crescent and southerly to its junction with Shelley Gardens/Shelley Court, Pelton Fell. Vehicles requiring access and egress to and from no. 66 Whitehill Crescent will be exempt from the Order.
