Acorn Drive Public Notice
Notice is hereby given that the County Council of Durham, the Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Bishop Auckland, County Durham on the 30th November 2006 at the hour of 10.00am for an Order under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising that the length of highway detailed in the Schedule hereto be stopped up for public use.
