Providence Close Intended Temporary Footpath Closure
The Durham County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close to pedestrian traffic a 55 metre length of segregated footpath adjacent to Providence Close in a northerly and easterly direction between its junctions with Providence Row and Finney Terrace, Durham City.
