However, whilst we endeavour to publish all relevant contributions, please note that the guestbooks are moderated and we reserve the right not to publish defamatory or abusive entries and to edit entries if necessary. We will not be held liable for content submitted to the guestbooks.
We can withhold your personal details from publication on the guestbook at your request. We will not normally publish anonymous entries. We do not publish advertisements for goods and services on our guestbooks. We will not pass on your e-mail address or any of your personal details to other organisations.

However, please note that if you choose to make your e-mail address publicly available on our guestbooks, it may be picked up and used by companies that specialise in creating e-mail distribution lists to send you unsolicited e-mail ('spam').
