Exhibitions

Archive exhibitions are on display in the entrance to the Record Office in County Hall. Recent exhibitions include:
  • Just dust...Disasters at Easington and Eppleton Collieries, 29 May and 6 July 1951
  • Dickens in Durham - to celebrate the bicentenary of Dickens' birth
  • War Horse - a real life story of a horse in World War 1

Exhibitions are also produced regularly for the Miners' Gala and for display at local libraries.
