School Improvement
The current plan for improving all our services which are used by children and young people, including schools, is published in the Children and Young People’s Services Business Plan 2007/10. This is available to download as a pdf below. If you would like to know more about our Children and Young People's Plan, please visit Children and Young People's Plan.
The CYPP replaced the Education Development Plan (EDP) under the Children's Act 2004. Our last EDP, covering 2003-2006, was published in a document entitled 'Partners in Learning: the Strategic and Operational Plan for Durham County Council's Education Service - including Durham's School Improvement Programme (EDP) - 2003/2006.' This is also available below.
