Data Protection and Information Sharing - Schools
All schools process personal data about pupils to support pupils' teaching and learning; monitor and report on their progress; provide appropriate pastoral care and assess how well the school as a whole is doing. This data may only be used or passed on for specific purposes allowed by law. To meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998, schools need to issue a Fair Processing Notice to pupils and/or parents summarising the information held about pupils. why it is held, and the third parties to whom it may be passed on.

Generic Change of Circumstances Form
Access the UK Online change of address service 'I Am Moving' which enables you to tell companies and organisations that you are moving and changing address. You can use this service to notify all Durham County Council services of your new contact details.
