Corporate Property Officer's Reports 2006 to 2007

This report known as the Corporate Property Officer's report is an annual update report on the County Council's property portfolio with implications for the current and future years and is used to advise that the Capital Strategy and the Corporate Asset Management Plan have been updated. The Asset Management Plan process and Comprehensive Performance Assessment require that Corporate Management Team and members are appraised of the property portfolio on an annual basis.

The report updates Members and Officers on the following information:

  • Current position on property.
  • Acquisions of property made during the year.
  • Disposals of property made during the year.
  • Details of any demolitions.
  • Details of new build property.
  • Details on Maintenance.
  • Details on DDA schemes.
